APC SERVICES
Commercial Services
Your expertise, backed by our commercial team.
Moving from residential jobs to major commercial contracts is a massive step for any business. Projects like stadiums, airports, and hospitals offer high-volume work, but the paperwork and tender processes can easily become a full-time job on their own.
Let APC Commercial Services handle the overhead for you.
We act as your business development team, managing supply & install quotations, spec changes, tender submissions and architectural/project management liaison required to win large scale tenders.
Collaborate with us.
Your time is best spent on-site, not stuck in an office.
We Secure the Work
Our team handles the estimating, builder meetings, and contract negotiations. We manage the "red tape" to ensure the systems are locked in before you arrive.
We Provide Back-to-Back Support
You have the full technical backing of the manufacturer and help with complex quoting. We provide assistance with SWMS and the specific safety documentation.
You Focus on the Installation
We provide the project and the specified product, you provide the craft and the crew. You do the work you’re best at, while we handle the back-office.

Congratulations! You are Now Officially QBCC Licensed
Now that you've obtained your licence, we're still here to help you if you have other questions.
The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) supports Queenslanders by helping make sure builders are licensed and work is done to standard, while protecting the building and construction industry from unscrupulous contractors and working to help tradies get paid.
*While our program provides comprehensive support, it's crucial to note that certification and licensing outcomes are subject to assessment by the relevant authorities (RTO for certification and QBCC for licensing). Back
